How do I choose the right shade for my hair?
We recommend matching the extensions to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair rather than the roots. If you are unsure, you can email us a photo of your hair in natural lighting for a complimentary color match by our specialists.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are real human hair, you can curl, wave, and straighten them. However, we always recommend applying a heat protectant spray and keeping your tools below 180°C (350°F) to maintain hair health.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day exchange or refund policy provided the security seal is unbroken and the packaging has not been tampered with. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on extensions that have been worn or removed from their backing.
How often should I wash my hair extensions?
Extensions do not receive natural oils from your scalp like your own hair, so they don't need frequent washing. We recommend washing them every 15-20 wears or only when there is significant product buildup.
