At Medusa Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused sets in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, extensions cannot be returned if the security seal is broken or the hair has been worn.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your extensions are in their original condition, with all ties and security seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been handled or removed from the backing card.
- 2.Request a Return Authorization
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened product to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the extensions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
